Snapper Canal is a multiplayer stage in Splatoon 2.

Description[]

Battles will take place on a river bed that's under construction. Try not to blindly rush in—it's easy to fall into the central waterway if you're not paying attention. The ground is also lower near the water, so watch out for foes with long range weapons on the platforms above. The key will be finding out how to successfully cross the water and continue the fight on the other side. There may be some snappy comebacks during these fights, so be prepared to make some snap decisions![1]

Layout[]

The stage features ups and downs and river flowing through the middle. Players must find a way to get to the enemy's base by crossing the river.

Ranked Battle[]

  • Splat Zones - The middle area of the map is the splat zone, with a tower right in the center of the zone. The top of the tower is uninkable, so you cannot use the top to claim control of the zone. However, it may be a useful perch for snipers or sloshers to defend from.
  • Tower Control - TBA
  • Rainmaker - TBA
  • Clam Blitz - TBA

Hazards[]

  • Scattered throughout the map are water hazards, players can be pushed off.
    • There is an an area players can use to go from their side to the enemy side. It is a parkour jump, but if they fail they will dissolve due to the water.

Trivia[]
