The Hooded Octarians are cut Octarian fighters, however they appear to be early designs of Octosnipers. It hasn't been confirmed. It is unknown why they’ve been cut, or what they do, but what can be noted is that their mouth gets shaped as if they snipe, like an Octosniper.
Appearance[]
Their tentacle shapes are a lot like the Octotrooper, although they are taller. They also wear a mask, covering their front-face besides the eyes and their mouth, which comes out like something that can snipe. There are three straps to the mask that go around, and above the mask is a helmet long to fit it’s tentacle. The back of the unknown octarian has 4 suckers below the helmet, and a strap is between each. Above the 4 are about 4 more, only visible due to the openings of the helmet. There could be more, but the other suckers are hidden below a pool of enemy Octarian ink.
It's unknown why they were cut in the final version.
